Simply love my re-done floors. The men exceeded our expectations enormously. Great family owned company that knows what they're doing. Wish I'd called them years ago.

Called and scheduled an in-house estimate but no one showed up. Called and scheduled again and no one showed up a second time. Was told after the second no-show that someone would call 'within a few minutes' to get something scheduled but no one ever called back. Very disappointing.

Needed to refinish the hardwood floors as it had been ages since they were done and they looked terrible at this point. Called several floor companies and finally decided to go with Columbus Floor Sanding as they had been around the longest, and a co-worker had used them in the past. Really nice work and a good price.
