I have been going for about 10 weeks. So far I have seen good results. My outer layer of fat on my abdomen has started to melt away. Which is why I came first of all. What I didn't expect is how committed and knowledgeable they are. There are many protocols and Cat works hard to fight the fat!! My energy has improved and my skin has cleared up. I trust the mad science

I found this location through Groupon and bought a package through them for lipo contour. I had already made it pretty far with my fitness goals but needed help with some trouble areas as I have gotten older. It was really important to me to find a non-invasive service. I met Cat at my first appointment and found her to be both friendly and very informative. She asked a lot of questions to determine if the service was right for me and explained how the process works. I have since purchased additional packages such as beach body directly and was very happy with the services I received. For someone who is new it may seem daunting but the services are not painful at all and actually quite relaxing. The studio is clean and has a really nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to try non invasive services to give them the boost they need to achieve their goals.

Folow up: The owner has been very helpful. Not sure about the admin. My email was spelled incorrectly so I did not receive my appointment information. Response to owner post: I was informed that my appointments were not available since I did not pay Friday. I heard nothing after that, even after paying Saturday. No confirmation. Also just received a message that my appointments were confirmed by email two days ago. I did not receive an email two days ago. Maybe it was sent to someone else? I sent another email with availability, and did not receive a response. Thank you for following up. Hope this can get sorted. I also did not challenge my missed consultation appointment, nor did I have any issue with paying the consult fee again. Thank you not sure if this is a legitimate business? When I met Cat in person, she was lovely! She was very good at explaining the treatments and benefits of the treatments. The package that I paid for seemed to have a good value as well. She did state that in order to keep the potential dates we discussed, I would need to pay within a few hours of meeting with her, however I needed to check my schedule so I knew I would likely need to pick new dates. Before I paid, I received a very unpleasant message from the admin/office coordinator, Mary Lou. She came across with a bullying tone because I had not yet paid to reserve the dates we had looked at. I have a family member that I am helping with, driving back and forth to Cincinnati, and I work night shift, so scheduling is a bit complicated for me right now. Additionally, when I was scheduling my consultation and before I paid for my package, I was receiving a lot of emails they will not talk on the phone? Now that I have submitted payment, via Zelle which is the only method they accept, I have heard nothing. My emails and messages are not getting any kind of reply. I am now wondering if this is actually a real business? I really wanted to believe this was a great opportunity for self care, as I am a nurse and any product that helps with circulation and weight management is appreciated, but with so many barriers to care, I am wondering if this is a scam? So disappointed. I would happily have given 5 stars if it were just for Cat and her vision. Hoping I can figure out what's going on and how to get scheduled or find out what happened.

I have had a truly transformational experience with GoLite. I have lost 15 lbs and I am the in the best shape of my life. I feel motivated to continue on my fitness journey which felt like it had been stagnant for too long. I didn't know what I was getting into but the technicians at GoLite have the skill to look at you and know what you need. They make you feel welcome and secure. You have to trust the process but Cat does an excellent job at explaining all the different procedures that are right for you. She is erudite, ridiculously skilled in her craft, and has a gift of communication. If you are on the fence about this kind of stuff this is a great place to come to and all at a very reasonable price point

There are so many positive things I can say about this clinic. From the amazing wellness oriented and non-invasive services they offer , to Cat, who is the best aesthetician I've met. She is kind, knowledable and above all she cares about her clients. I was hesitant to start this journey of weight loss and healing, but it has been exciting, fun and effective with this clinic. Thanks Cat for always being flexible and kind and I look forward to staying a client here for a long time !!

Great experience and always accommodating around my busy schedule. Calming atmosphere and let's me know what else I need to do at home to get the best results. If you're looking for a quick fix so you don't have to put in work at home this isn't it. It helps to support and get you over that slump that comes with your weight-loss journey without being invasive. Always welcoming and knowledgeable

I would 10/10 recommend anyone to go visit Go Lite! Of course, I was initially nervous to have any type of procedure done especially one that I didn’t understand. However, when I went for my consultation with Cat, she helped ease any worry that was there. She explained every detail about what my procedures would consist of and how long each session would be. She not only talked to me about anticipated results, but also the science behind the procedures themselves which was very comforting. By the time I’d actually gotten in for my first session, I knew what to expect and my nerves were gone. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, but they are so kind. As everyone knows, the Dayton area where I live was affected by a devastating tornado. Everyone in the office reached out to me to be sure that my family was okay and asking how they could help. Cat even knows that I’m an allergy/asthma sufferer and will go out of her way to be sure that I’m comfortable or give me tricks to help combat sinus issues. Halfway through my 8 session cycle, I was able to notice that I’d dropped from a dress size and a half. My fiancé has even taken notice and can’t keep his hands off of me! The progress that we’ve made so far was just the motivator I needed to continue on my new fitness journey.

Kat is an amazing person as I got to know her throughout my sessions. She is very passionate about her business very nice atmosphere very clean sanitary an overall very genuine person. Kat will go over everything that she's going to do step by step to help you understand the procedures that she needs to go through and what you need to do to help with the process. It was the best investment for myself my well-being my self-esteem and health.
