Luis helped me put together my pull up bar and make sure it was safe. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Everyone was very nice!
I’ve been living in NYC for 14 years and lived in at least 7 different neighborhoods, this is by far the most superior hardware store I’ve encountered. Everyone who works there is uniformly, consistently, friendly. Every project or question I’ve had they’ve been conscientious in listening to and super detail oriented and meticulous with fairly encyclopedic knowledge when answering. Sense of humor too, which is nice. Prices are very reasonable.
I just stumbled upon this hardware store and I’m so happy I did!! I had an issue with some metal hardware. I brought the pieces in and these guys did magic by coming up with a solution that no other hardware store could offer. Thank you for your kindness and help.
Amazing service! They took the time to help me out was a bit lost and very reasonably priced
Luis did an excellent job fixing my breakfast tray!!! The second side needed repair and I brought it back in. The service is excellent and I am please with how he fixed the first side. I highly recommend!!!
Got my key copied here. Prices were so much lower than Home Depot and this one actually worked. Amazing
Easily the best hardware store in the neighborhood. They are so helpful and friendly. You will get exactly what you need even if it’s a specific screw, they can help you.
The most awesome hardware store ever. Everything you could possibly need, and an icon of accessibility proving that even a fully-packed corner hardware shop can be fully wheelchair accessible. I popped in for a metric socket to fix my ailing European wheelchair - not only did they give me precisely the right one, but actually fixed my wheelchair for me in the store in 15 mins! And wouldn't even accept a tip for their time. God bless you!
This is wonderful neighborhood hardware store. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They carry basically everything you could ever need in your house, including supplies for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, pests, etc. The prices are reasonable. And the staff Debbie, Luis, Carlos, etc. will really work with you to understand your problem and help you fix it. Plus, they cut wood for custom shelving sizes and things like that. They've been around forever because they're great. We are lucky to have them in the neighborhood.
We ordered a dog crate online and it was missing a hinge. Luckily, I walked in and the staff immediately jumped to help me. They not only found me the right part, but helped me install it there on the spot. They even gave me a treat for my pup. I've been here multiple times, and each time get greeted immediately and asked how I can be helped. It's my go to hardware store.
