I recently purchased hardware for kitchen drawers and cabinets from Elegance in Hardware and Bath. From my first visit there when I was just checking out possibilities and clearly not ready to buy anything to my final purchase, the salesman I worked with, Conrad Emery, was extremely helpful, patient, and very nice.

We were redoing our kitchen and needed over 20 knobs and drawer handles. We were originally directed to another high end, well known store in Manhattan, and were not even given the time of day. When we went into Elegance in Hardware, Raynnee Ray Soto helped us narrow choices based on our ideas and price ranges. There was no pressure and he went the extra mile to ensure that pieces we ordered across designers matched, something we wouldnt have considered. Everyone who has seen the finished kitchen has commented on the beautiful hardware. This was without a doubt, the most pleasant sales experience I have ever had. Prices were more than half of what we saw in the other place and though we weren't placing a extremely expensive order, we were treated as though we were. The best in Hardware and Service I always come here to select hardware for my clients cabinets and doors, but with the addition of their second level bath shop, there's no need to go anywhere else for your bathroom build needs. And, of course, my to go guy there, Raynny, is the absolute best in customer service as well as knowledge. We were gut renovating a home out of state and didn’t know exactly what we wanted. It was so helpful to see all of the finishes and colors in person. Getting to touch and use the features of the hardware is essential to know comfort for the future. Elegance in hardware has a great staff and they stand by their products. We had an issue with one of the accessories not fitting correctly. Mr. Ali asked me to come in, he assessed the trouble and took the problem off my hands. He contacted the manufacturer and delt with the back and forth communications. Then when the part arrived, he contacted me and they delivered the part to my home. It was good, old fashioned customer service at its best!! I highly recommend them and will use them on my next project!

I bought tens of thousands of dollars of and hardware and hade two defective kevo Baldwin locks. We asked them to replace them and Raynny Soto their salesperson repeatedly refused saying we should call Baldwin customer support. After months of customer support failing to fix the locks they refused to take them back because of time though the initial notice was immediate. I rebuilt a house with over 90 suppliers and this was my worst experience. It was so bad I actually thought about going to small claims court but life is too short. Just NEVER use them

I walked into Elegance in Hardware this past Tuesday looking to replace my 5 year old kitchen faucet. The porcelain handle of the faucet crumbled in my hands after having nothing but trouble with it. I was greeted by Compton, who was beyond amazing. I showed him a photo of my broken faucet, as well as the original receipt showing who made the faucet. I had purchased the faucet someplace else and had just left there feeling very dissatisfied. They were willing to give me a discount on a new faucet, but that was it! Compton immediately called the manufacturer of my faucet and within two days, I received replacement parts at absolutely no cost to me. I can’t remember ever having such wonderful service anywhere!!! I will definitely return to Elegance in Hardware. Thank you Compton!!

Elegance hardware has a very big selection of what you are looking for. Staff are very friendly, they try their best to help you get what you are looking for. Ali is an excpert with hardware, locks, knobs and special order. I deal with them for the past 10 years. I highly recommend this place.

Elegance in Hardware had the biggest selection of home hardware i had ever seen! There was so much for me to choose from! the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me out every step of the way.I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants the best quality hardware for their home

Raynny at Elegance in Hardware is always helpful, willing to take my calls no matter how busy he is and always looking to give the best pricing possible for the best materials. I'm constantly looking to them for advice and it's always given in a friendly manner with a quick turn-around.
