Great experience. The very first customer contact called me back after being disconnected. Courteous. Dakota came to my house and fixed my car key and phob. Did not take long. Professional fast and friendly. I will call them again for all future key issues. Very nice to be reminded that good customer service still exists in this world.
We hired them to fix our door knob and they could not have done a worse job. Firstly, the way they handled billing was incredibly frustrating. We went with them because they were cheaper than the alternatives but they kept raising the price after they had already taken the door knob for repairs so we were already locked into paying them. They said it was because the door knob was old so they needed to send it away to someone who knew more about it. It's fine if you don't have the skills to handle a job, but tell us that at the start, don't tell us that you can do it for a certain amount of money and then end up charging us triple. They kept coming out to our house, trying to install it, would fail, and then charge us for the time as well as charging us for the next shop they'd send it out to. Getting an itemized receipt was like pulling teeth, and when they finally gave us one, it was so vague as to be next to useless. I felt scammed. The actual installation itself was also horribly done. When they finally decided that it was close enough to being fixed to call it finished, they realized that the parts were too small for our door, so they sloppily shaved down the backplate, irreparably damaging our door and even leaving a jagged edge that my fiancée cut her hand on. On top of that, the door knob doesn't even work and regularly falls off when we try to use it. Maybe they might be useful if you're locked out of your car, but if they tell you they know how to do any sort of repairs beyond that, don't believe them. They'll gladly take as much money as they can for terrible work.

Recently locked myself out of my house and these guys came to the rescue. It cost three times more than what I anticipated but I don't know what other locksmiths are charging. I think next time I'll just kick in my door and buy a new one to save some money. They did a great job though. Arrived in a timely manner and were professional.
I lost my key to my car, the key man arrived shortly after I called. he knew exactly what needed to be done. also gave me a remote to work my car as well. this guy has EVERYTHING in his van - very impressive ! definitely got my LIKE !!
Needed to gain access to our safe as the batteries, which are located on the inside of the safe, were dislodged during a recent move. Additionally, I did not have a backup key. I was very worried the safe would need to be cut open, which meant I'd also have to buy a new safe in addition to the locksmith expense. When I reached out to the company they were incredibly responsive, via email, phone, and text message. I felt as though I knew exactly what would happen through the entire process. My tech, Mike, kept in touch on the day of the service and was incredibly friendly and detailed upon arriving. He explained all options and within minutes was able to pick the lock! This saved time, money, and the safe. I could not be happier with the service I received and will gladly recommend the company, but specifically Mike, to anyone needing a locksmith!
This place is the best. Mike provided awesome service. I was blown away by how quickly they got a technician to us. My wife locked her keys in the car at the grocery and I was half an hour away from her. . . I called 6 different places, several of which were "24 hours a day" service. Of the 3 that answered, one was "booked for the night," and one said he couldn't help until Saturday morning. Thankfully I called Columbus Local Locksmith. They really are 24 hours a day. Mike came out, worked quickly, and was so professional. You won't regret calling them!
