I purchased a mattress and feel like I got scammed. The one on the show room floor was so soft I sunk into it. The one hey delivered is firm and hard. My husband has been sleeping on the couch. I called these people and even went into the store to express my concern. I was advised the bed would soften over time yes and I really believed them like an idiot. Fast s forward over a year later I still have a firm mattress and these people did nothing to fix it. I got the run around from the staff because surprise no refunds or exchanges. A mattress is a long term investment go somewhere that manufactures their own. No telling where these people are actually getting this stuff. It looks the same but doesn't feel the same which is the point of laying down on a showroom mattress!!! They get two stars because while the customer service went well during purchasing and delivery the product seem faulty. Then I called some gut said okay we will cal you back and when he called back he had my information mixed up with another customer's order. I am beyond livid at this point.

I had such a wonderful experience at this place. Rouman was extremely helpful and made sure my needs were met. If you want good furnitures for decent prices, I would definitely recommend a visit here. You won’t regret it because you get the same quality furnitures that you get in regular stores except it’s at a much discounted price. I will definitely stop by again!
