Comfort Suites

I just stayed there last night. Room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice super comfortable. Heater worked perfect. TV was huge and hidef. The bathroom was large and modern with touch screen mirror. Staff friendly and on top of things.Rooms: 5/5

Staff were friendly and very courteous to guests but were not quiet about complaining about other staff. Room was fine until we had a knock on our door at 8:30am, they opened our door before I could get to it checking to see if we had checked out yet. Very unprofessional and is the reason for this review. At least wait until closer to checkout time which is 11am. Isn't that what a computerized system is for? The elevator needs repair or to be replaced and was limited to only 2 people. Breakfast was decent, coffee not so much, room was clean and nice.

This place is 1 of the best places to go when you're tired. Ultimate R&R, the rooms are quite spacious and clean and the privacy is off the hook. Nice and quiet area. The staff is awesome. I'll definitely be coming back here when I rent a room again. Thank you Comfort inn and suites. Noteworthy details: I'm going to recommend this place to my friends and family when they're in town.

Our family of 4 stayed here during our travels to a wedding. Overall quality of hotel was very good. Customer service was excellent!! Cborst checked us in and was efficient and very thorough with the details about our stay and amenities offered. Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 4/5

Lady at the front desk was amazing. Room was nice. Could have used some touch ups. King suite was very roomy. Enough room for the yoga mat. Lower floor was getting rooms redone so I’m sure that touch up is on the way. Would definitely stay again. Nice price

Reply: read the other reviews this is not the first time housekeeping knocks on doors at 8:30 your talking to housekeeping looks pointless time to replace some staff... .......Hotel ,room and breakfast was good, How ever we are professional long haul drivers and often get rooms late.Its not good when house keeping bangs on the door at 8:30 then walks in....waking us up . I see this is not the first time other reviews say similarwe have to be off 10.hrs per D.O.T rules.we stop to rest not to be woke up after just a few hrs of sleep. Thanks for keeping America's highway safe

Not impressed. Front light did not work, safety lock was broken, sink and tub were both plugged, stain on couch, toilet seat was filthy. Extremely expensive for a one night stay. Do not recommend and would not go back. Paid $189 USD in total with no extra room charges.Rooms: 1/5

The room smelled musty. The white bread was hard and stale. The Cheerios were old and stale. The eggs were watery and bacon…ugh. However, whoever cleaned the room before our arrival did an excellent job. Room 113, September 3-5, 2022.
