Not the quality that they portray. We have found that the products used are basically the absolute cheapest item at Menards that they could find. Cosmetically they have great design ideas and make things look pretty but the quality for longevity just isn't there. Construction quality/workers craftmanship is also lacking. It looks like someone just wanted to get the job done quickly instead of doing it the right way. Their customer service is also horrible!! Our house was set in July, there were some warranty items that they needed to fix. It's December and still nothing. No one can even give us a timeline of when we can expect these things to be fixed. The front door was not installed correctly, therefore wouldn't close correctly and seal tightly. It's winter so we ended up hiring our own contractor to reinstall the door so that it had a good seal and we could stop the cold air draft that was coming in. I could write a book of problems but I'll just tell you to keep looking and find another company to purchase from that actually provides QUALITY.
