Love my new Witmer Lake home!!!!! These Guys have treated me as a king from the moment I walked through their door. Gary, Jason and Geoffrey are the easiest people I’ve ever worked with. Love those guys! My lake home is a dream come true! I’d recommend Sherlock Homes to anyone. They are so nice. Will update Soon with some pictures.

Sherlock Homes refuses to cooperate. They will not give prices or any sort of home information unless you come in. I’ve got a full time job, family, and live about two hours away. I emailed Faith Homes, and they responded immediately with prices and answered all of my questions. I will be doing business with them. Their prices are much more affordable anyways. I already went to Sherlock Homes once and got a price on two homes, which I compared those two prices to the same Faith Homes. They (Faith Homes were much more affordable!) Sherlock Holmes was initially my first choice. But I very quickly found they do not value customers and only value price, and forceful sales. If anyone is reading this I suggest you contact Faith Homes immediately! Cheers.

Great customer service but the quality of the home is less than average. We purchases our house a year and a half ago from Sherlock. The doors have never shut correctly (you can see daylight on the side and bottom) we were told that's the best they could do if they "fixed" it we wouldn't be able to open our door in the winter....fast forward to now where water can leak through "the fixed doors" so the baseboards are now ruined. The sliding back door doesn't lock/latch. The carpet was "restretched" before we moved in, but there is bubbles in every room. Half of the interior doors close the way they are suppose to. The exterior door knobs needed replaced 9 months after we moved in due to the low quality knobs used. The appliances are garbage, our refrigerator was broken before we ever moved in! I become slightly more disappointed every day.
