John helped answer all of our questions! He laid everything out on the table and what we needed to know and do to get our future forever home. It took us over a year to find the right home from the right place. We made the decision to visit a lot model (Barton) at their Ohio factory 2 days before Christmas. Garrett was our contact, but was unable to meet us on that day, so his mom met with us. On that day, there was freezing rain, snow and the roads were terrible, but knowing we had driven 4 hours to see the home, she drove over an hour to continue meeting with us and allowing us to view the lot model. We were over an hour late due to the weather, but she did not complain and spent the next two hours going over all the details of the home, our requests, our styles and what our vision for our home was to be when completed. We left there knowing we had made the best decision for our future. Since that day, they have been in contact with us constantly, helping us achieve our dream and soon construction will begin. Garrett and everyone at Home Nation have been wonderful, they have walked us through every step of the process and no matter what time or day, continues to answer our emails and phone calls as quickly as possible. We are extremely satisfied with Home Nation and everyone involved in making our dream come true.

We had a Roosevelt built and delivered to Lake Gage three weeks ago. After shopping another dealer I was talked into calling Scott and talking to him about a home. Smartest call I made during the entire process! After racking up over $4,100 in "upgrades" with the competitor we only had $600 with home nation because of the quality of your homes! These homes are built so much better. From the energy efficient vinyl Windows to the 2x6 walls and all the insulation. These are great homes and should have a sales team with model homes in the Fort Wayne area. I guarantee you would take over the local market. Thanks again for the great home. My family and I look forward to enjoying it for years to come!
