WoRse place ever to live! Do not move here even if there is no where else to live! Walks in home without warning, management lady is crazy and forgetful she can’t even keep her head on straight! Absolutely the worse place ever to live, neighbors harass you and stalk who comes and goes from your house. I pay my bills ahead of time every month that changes nothing Sharon doesn’t even know who is who and just busts through your door then when she realizes it’s the wrong home it’s not supposed to be a big deal. Do not move here it is the worrrrsssstttt!!!

Never had problems with this place until recently, all of a sudden there's a butch woman walking around people's yards and handing out violations. My yard has been fine for 2 years now. Now all of a sudden there's problems. My rent is and has been current. I have 10 days to fix a bunch of stuff that really shouldn't matter. 2 years in though and my central air has yet to be fixed. Once this butch lady keeps her distance, i will change my rating, though im sure i haven't seen the worst yet. Also, would it really kill you to sell me my trailer??????? I could fix my own air then.

Love the community office personnel is great and kind. Quiet neighborhood and kid friendly.
