Silo Farms Mobile Home Park

Hideous place to live. Nothing is ever kept up. Streets haven't been cleaned in over a year. Rent goes up, but nothing is done. With what we pay in rent, management should rake leaves, pick up tree limbs, clean the streets, but we are told to do it. The water is horrible and unsafe. Warnings are given when you are the one who brought the problem to the attention of Kent and Wendy Gilbert. Hideous place. No wonder there are so many empty lots and I am sick of paying for the new "homes" moved in at almost $800/month in rent, let alone the steps at $1,000 each (2 per new home) that we are paying for.

I've lived here 6 years and proud to call this home. Its quiet for the most part. I don't have any complaints.

For the price you pay to live here you could easily have a nice apartment, and the lot rent goes up every year. Water quality is terrible, but for the most part the neighbors are decent.
