AS A VISITOR/BUYER ITS A NICE PLACE. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE BEAUTIFUL, THEY OFFER QUALITY HIGH END HOMES AT AFFORDABLE PRICES. AS AN EMPLOYEE IT'S NOT SO NICE OF A PLACE AT ALL. THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEE'S WITH LITTLE RESPECT, PAY IS NOT UP TO PARR, AND THEY EXPECT ONE PERSON TO DO THREE OR FOUR PEOPLES WORK.
