I went through the training to become a foster parent in this program. After completing the trainzing, I was told they were no longer assigning children to homes in the city of Richmond because of the school system. I believe I was profiled and discriminated against. What a waste of time. I don’t recommend anyone from richmond donate or participate in their programs.
I cannot imagine RPS Schools being anywhere close to the environment most of the refugees are subjected to in their home countries.
