I am so thankful for the leadership and the passion that this agency has for helping the communities of Boston! I have worked for different agencies that provide the same services and I must say the integrity of this agency is outstanding in comparison. The way that they service the families seeking support and even the ways in which they look out for their staff is phenomenal. I look forward to every supervision with my supervisor, because I am actually learning something new every single time I meet with her. She is even willing to schedule more than one supervision with me a week if I ever need additional support and she also makes herself available to me after work hours. I appreciate having a supervisor who respects me, educates me, and encourages the passion and commitment that I have for the field of social work. This agency as a whole provides a very supportive environment for me to be able to continually enhance my skills and service the families that I work with to the best of my ability! It is an honor to be here!

I have worked at a few mental health agencies. Commonwealth Mental Health and Wellness Center is the BEST place I worked at so far. The leaders are comfortable to be around and the agency is safe and welcoming. The agency is community orientated and puts its consumers first. I find everyone approachable.

Commonwealth is great!!! They're staff is very helpful. They make sure my family and I are always taken care of. The executive director is very friendly. Her staff has been very respectful.

The admin staffs are unprofessional, the executive director is a control freak and a bully. She tends to hire family even when they don't qualify for the job. The staff are afraid to complain so they won't lose their job.
