I have been with them since birth. Every time I go in the tellers remember what I was last in for. They take care of everything I need right away. Andres is great.

I think CCCU used to be much better. In recent years, I find it hard to get a quick (and correct) answer. Instead they just pass you from one person to another. It shouldn't be this hard.

Great customer service. Good lending staff. Competitive loan terms and rates.

They don't return calls promptly. I needed to make an adjustment on my loans and therefore I now will be charged fees. Teller wasn't very accommodating. I've requested a call back from the loan officer with whom I left a message with last week, again.

My mother has been dealing with two of the loan officers of this particular bank. My mother called one of the officers, named Mendy, 14 times in a span of a little over a week. The reason for my mom calling her is because she was checking on the status of her claim. Not ONCE did Mendy answer any of my mothers calls. Next she got ahold of an officer named Nicole. When my mother explained she had been calling just to check up on her claim, Nicole talked to Mendy and they decided that Nicole would just take over my mothers case. They did not even ask my mother if that was okay for them to do. Not only did she disrespect my mother in that aspect, but Nicole continued to belittle and disrespect my mother while on the phone.These two ladies were very unprofessional in my book. Johnston Community Choice Credit Union, you should really rethink who you have hired to represent your company.
