Wells Fargo Bank

I've only ever had good experiences at the Main Street branch since 2010 or 2011 or whenever the branch at 24th and Grand closed. The tellers here are fast and friendly and there is hardly ever a wait. There is a drive-through ATM in the parking lot, and a coin-counting machine inside that is free to use for when you need to deposit change.

All I wanted was a new debit card. It was under return mail , and so probably wasn't Wells Fargo's fault. The thing was that the second time I went it took about 25 minutes longer to order it and set up a temporary card. She said the "system was wonky," but she asked for assistance and the other lady got it to work right away. There goes 25+ minutes of my life. Are people not being trained correctly? Or are they hiring wrong people for the job? Look, I know people have had rough days, but this was a huge time waster. I could have gotten at least a card ordered over the phone, but I choose to go to a store so I can talk face to face to a person, which to me is more convenient. This experience was an inconvenience.

Worst bank ever. Never actually talk to me like I was a intellgant person. Money always coming up missing from my account. Made me pay for a fraudulent check. They tell me one thing on the phone and then when I come in its a completely different story. Tried cashing a check. They told me I could cash over the phone then when I came in to do it. They said I could only deposit it and none of the money would be available for two day. Do not bank here go somewhere else.

While the bankers were always friendly, the bank opened a credit card for me without my knowledge that took three years worth of calling to close, even after speaking with the manager several times. They also have been sending my mail to my old address for the last two years despite several attempts to change it online and in-person.
