Community Christian School

This school is AWESOME I have attended CCS since 5th grade, which means I have been at this school for 4 years. I will admit this school is pretty religious, but you know I came to this school for safety not for religion but now that am here I have grown closer to the staff and the people, I will also admit that my family is NOT religious, but we still go to this school. If you come to CCS for the safety and education and not for the religion, I will tell you more grades are ore religious and if you don't believe in the bible then just sit in a bible class or i chapel and just listen, you can block it out if you want to, but I encourage you to listen to what they have to say, it can get interesting. I am a christian and I believe that God created the heavens and the earth and everything on and in them, but I also think that the bible is right but they have the time wrong. I did not write this to try to turn anyone to God or try to bribe them to come to CCS. So I encourage you religious or not to come to CCS for a different, new, outstanding education.

This school causes a person to question their faith in private christian schools, and organized religion. Extremely disappointed to the point I withdrew my daughter in the middle of the school year.

This school has changed my life. I couldn't love it more. Oh and the band is great.

It's taken me years to know what to say, but now I know. This school changed how I view human representation of Christianity as a whole. I have forgiven those administrators who made me feel wronged and I hope they can forgive me. All I want to say to you as parents considering sending your child here is that it may say Christian and claim to be open to all denominations, but they don't hold up that claim. Some kids will thrive, others will be put down and possibly stray away from their faith as a whole due to the negative representation they may be given. Just know if you are wanting to protect your child from the realities of the world such as drugs, sex, and alcohol this pace isn't the solution. I just give fair warning, there are better things out there as far as education and religious support goes. Leaving this school was the best choice my family ever made. Don't let the Christian word in the name be the reason you choose this school. I wish all of you luck and hope for the best. - Former Student of 10 years.
