Been reaching out for weeks , They manage our Village at Wildwood Community maintenance , they re-installed our lake liner improperly , It cost ALOT OF HOA money , if its not properly done the sun will destroy the liner , 4 feet of liner is exposed around entire lake oversight was not done correctly. The rocks are four feet above liner at *start* and as of now even more so .. it looks terribly ghetto , it is lowering the value of property and IT WILL cost money to *replace* the expensive liner again when the UV destroys it , makes it brittle and lake liner needs replaced again . Solution : have the company who incorrectly installed it lower the rocks to cover the liner around entire lake , to protect from sun damage . They did a horrible job on removal and installation . No one returns phone calls , those associates responsible for oversight of job completion have not done their job .

Worst company ever! They started managing our condos in 2020 and this place looks like something out of a horror movie. Drug needles on the sidewalks, cops and firemen always here, unpainted areas, dead landscaping, garbage dumpsters always overflowing, etc. I’m disgusted to live here. Our board however decided to increase CMA’s salary by 30% and increased our monthly maintenance fees triple what it was suppose to be. Nothing shady going on there. Oh! And on top of the high monthly fees CMA is trying to make us pay out of pocket for cleaning the carpets and getting new wallpaper for the hallways!! Stay away from this poor excuse of a company!!
Managae my neighborhood and send out lawn notices to half the neighborhood but cant even keep they put they are are supposed to worry about updated and nice. Send out an employee once a month maybeto take pictures and stuff and send notices to the people who acytake care of stuff and then we cant even get into actual contact with. Hopefully we can al get together and disband this company i dont even know why our original hia went with this company in the first place. horror show of a company
I am new to purchasing a condominium and I wish I had done my research on this company before purchasing this condo. This company is the worse. They have very very very poor communication skills. They never answer the phones, return calls or emails. I don't see how you open up at 8 or 9 am and soon as you call their office you get their voicemail. They don't fix anything and barely does any maintenance on the grounds. But they sure do collect the fees each month, in which I think is ridiculously high especially when this company is not responding to calls, emails or fixing anything. 1 star I am new to purchasing a condominium and I wish I had done my research on this company before purchasing this condo. Well apparently you don't return phone calls, because it's been SIX days since I called the office and NOBODY has returned my call. I think that an abandoned condo that has water coming out of it as well as a foul odor and gnats,bugs and cats hanging around it is a maintenance issue. I also left a message on the voicemail system along with my call back number and I sent an email. I'm on the Board of Directors for our community, and I've found that CMA is great at responding to our questions and request for quotes. Jennifer has been wonderful concerning timely quotes, payments, and bringing individual concerns to our attention. We couldn't be more satisfied, and highly recommend CMA to any community.
Looking forward to joining my neighborhood board. We are going to try our very best to remove this company from handling our association. We have documentation pictures old and new. These pictures clearly show mismanagement.
Our Community has worked with CMA for years. Jeninifer is our Rep. She is always on top of maintenance and issues that we have encountered in our property.
I would recommend to everyone not to do business with these people. Our HOA uses them. They never return calls, never fix nothing, we are still waiting on financials we requested in March etc. I recommend that you run the other way
