Well for the most part they have made a lot of improvements over the past year, but unfortunately they still have a dosing nurse (frannie) who instead of giving great customer service like the rest of the staff, she plays favorites with clients, socializing with them WHILE DOSING SOMETIMES FOR 15 MINUTES PER CLIENT. TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE AND RUDE MAKING EVERYONE WAIT AND LATE! She is so unprofessional and inconsistent I really think she must have failed nursing school and this was the only job she can get.
