I have used them for printing items for my small business. The one annoying thing is that they never reply to email. So whenever you email them a job, you have to call to follow up and tell them to look at your email. It's an extra step that can be a bit of a hassle when you print a lot of jobs, but besides that, they have always provided a quality product and worked with me if I ever sent them a file that needs correction. I also think their prices are fair.
I've been using this shop since the 1980's--it's a pleasure to work with them, the quality is always excellent and the prices beat the competition! Every community should be so lucky ;-
Ohhhhh....so this is what a print shop used to be like. WOW, that was such a better experience than a FedEx office! Very friendly staff and got done what I needed to with the computer, print and fax. Will be coming back here versus the big Corp stores from now on and I suggest you do the same!!!
Family approach to customer service. Friendly, professional, creative, they work with your deadlines and reasonable prices. Treat one copy customers the sane as large orders. Habit forming!
Community Printing: What a terrific neighborhood service! It's a "hidden gem." Was in a jam and needed to get some printing done for my open house. Came across this service online. Was able to e-mail my document to them for printing at such a reasonable price. Very responsive. Unfortunately for me, I missed the deadline for picking up job and they were able to accommodate me, after closing hours on a Saturday I was actually close by at the time. Final product was clean and crisp and professionally done. I will definitely be using them again.
Community Printing is a great place to go if you need business cards or sending faxesthe only things I've ever needed them for. They are far cheaper than any other brick and mortar location and much more convenient than ordering online. Jason is polite, courteous and hilarious. I would highly suggest this place to anyone.
I did not like their customer service experience. In addition to that they charge $2.50 to just open an email and send to the printer. So, if you have one page to be print, you have $2.50+$0.09. Charging $2.59 for one page is something I found to be quite odd. I have never seen this anywhere but here. So you might have to see other place before coming here, which will save you $2.50 regardless.
Very easy to work with and did a quarter-cut, double-side flier for me for WAY cheaper than OfficeMax or FedEx has in the past. Would work with them again in a heartbeat!
Thank you for the quality work and over and beyond customer service!
