Neither Apple nor Optimum could fix my iMac problems. Brian came to my home office on time, and was courteous and quick. He could not fix all the issues, but promised he would if he could take the computer with him. He left after 5 PM, and at 9 PM I got a call that everything was repaired. I had my computer back by noon the next day. I am grateful to him for his perseverance and expertise. He is a friendly, pleasant person, but does not waste any time while the meter is running. And his price is fair. I recommend him without reservations to anyone needing computer servicing..

Been using Complete Computer Solutions for Many years and they always come thru! When we need new computers they find us the best product for out needs (we use mostly Macs) at the best price and they handle all of the hook up, One Two Three! Love to give a good review because its so rare that a company is this good!

What a great experience!!! In a matter of seconds, my PC gave me the horrid black screen. I found Complete Computer Solutions on-line and decided to give them a try... By far the best decision I made. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and very detailed. Once they diagnosed the issues with my PC, I was given a fair price estimate & within 24 hours, my PC was back up and operational. The owner was very nice and they are very patient and did a wonderful job. I recommend to anyone especially college students who are having laptop problems
