On online Delaney rep helped me avoid business with a predatory domain outfit. He helped me quickly and cheerfully and gave freely all the information I needed. I would not have figured it out by myself. I am very grateful.

Working with Delaney is great experience. DCS has handled our IT Services since the late 90's and as far as the IT companies near me go they are the best. If you are looking for an IT company that will proactively handle your issues instead of react to them I highly recommend them. Our company uses their Managed IT Services and if you own or operate a small business this is what you should be doing.

I didn't go to their company, but I did receive a phone call for support to answer some questions and concerns that I had. The guy on the line was very easy to talk with, and clear. I was particularly grateful that he didn't treat me like an idiot when I didn't know their services rhetoric, and jargon. Great experience.

Rich has created an outstanding team of hard working dedicated employees who routinely provide my company superior service. DCSNY, uses an approach called "Managed IT Services", Simply said, they proactively manage my network and find and fix problems before they occur. I pay a flat fee each month and my small company has its own help desk that all my employees can use. From iPhone to Computers to the copier and more they simply do it all... effortlessly. I highly recommend this company for your business or personal computers.
