The most amazing customer service! I came in with my nephew to get his phone fix, the store was packed full of people but we were still acknowledged by Paul and he is such a caring loving person. He really makes you feel like you’re family when he’s helping you out! He knew that my teenage nephew was lost in space while his phone was not working. So Paul knew he has to get his phone fix right away. He explained the exact plans of checking out the phone first and told us to come back in an hour and when we did, they had figured out what was wrong with it and gives us the price range of the cost which was affordable. Took them only took 20 minutes to fix it! We thought we would had to leave the phone there for a couple days. They were on it! Also they put a new screen protector and a new durable phone case with no charge! Paul noticed my phone didn’t have a screen protector so he put one on for me with no charge! It is a blessing to have them with great knowledge for these new/old devices and them being caring and kind is the cherry on top!!!

Some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. I had a friend who moved here from another country to go to school and he fell on hard times and needed to sell his computer. We only went to CompRite for an estimate and Paul listened to our story and did everything he could to get us top dollar for the used Macbook Pro. Not only did he do that but offered some wise words and took his time with us through the process. We ended up selling it to him for a more than fair price. Would definitely recommend them for any type of service - as they are quick and treat you like family. Great experience.

Amazing customer service! I took my laptop in a couple weeks ago & the manager paul was so attentive. The service was fast, the prices were super good & he talked us through everything. even provided me and my boyfriend with a screen protector for our phones while we waited. Came in with my Macbook in a moment of crisis. Some of the important keys stopped working! It was a Saturday and I NEEDED my laptop to be fixed by Monday because I need it for work. Paul was so kind and generous. He made sure my laptop was a priority and I believe a man named John in the back was able to replace the entire keyboard for me with genuine Apple parts. Paul and his team were very welcoming and kind! They fixed a iPhone screen that had a big crack affecting the use of the phone. The phone still works amazing and he got it done in under an hour! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing, fast service. Went in to get my battery replaced and it was finished before I got back from the Starbucks across the parking lot. They honor their word and won't push you to buy anything you don't need. I'll absolutely be going back anytime I need something done!

I went to get my custom desktop computer in for repairs here because I couldn't figure out on my own on why my games were crashing my computer on startup. Paul was the one that greeted my husband and I when we came in and is a very kind and personable guy to engage with. I love how they treat you like you are family when you come in. They worked on my computer for me at a fair price. They updated my computer processor and replaced my faulty power supply. They even let me test out one of my games before I left to make sure the problem was fixed to my expectation. I am so happy they took all the time that they did to work on my computer because I had been missing playing my games for months and it was nice to get it done at a place where they are knowledgeable about what they do and make it possible for you.
