I spilled water on my laptop things like this only happen when you have big deadlines, of course. I panicked-called them at 6pm and they told me to bring it in. They had my laptop ready to pick up the next morning at 11. He was very upfront about costs. When I told him I worked from home and really needed my computer, he did his best to get it fixed quickly. Highly recommend!!

This shop really made a positive impression for me. My wife's desktop tower she uses for remote work fell off countertop while rearranging and smashed the face of the tower off including the power button and front usb ports. I brought it in right after around 11am on a Saturday because she needed it by 6am Monday morning. The guys at the counter, maybe the owner, was super friendly but said he wasn't sure if they could get the parts that quickly but said said they would try and get it done by the next day. I was honestly a little nervous they wouldn't get it finished that quick but ran by there about 9:45 the next morning and popped in and he greeted me with a smile and said they were able to get it fixed. This business really stands above the rest in friendly customer service and persistence. Thanks again!!

I dropped my computer off to get a quote and they fixed it without calling me, it took a full month when they had told me 5 days. After getting my computer back they had forgotten to plug the speakers back in so I had to take it in again, and correct them again when they told me they were plugged in, they visibly weren’t They were friendly and the price wasn’t horrible but man the service wasn’t great

Replaced the battery on my MacBook Pro and it worked! I spilt canola oil all over the key board and I thought my computer was done for but Computech cleaned it out as best they could and fixed my Mac! I’m not friends with them I’m not getting paid to say this I’m not a guide. I’m an actual customer that just googled them. Computech are great people! Nice and they let you know where they are at with your repairs via email . .

I am happy the service rendered computech this is not the first time I have been helped with my computer needs; and every time I been here I feel I am home Mr Lopez has dedicated the necessary time to fix and to have my computer working proficiently I have received first class service I get VIP treatment.

Owner is very kind, considerate of your situations and will make room for you if need be. Decent pricing as well as good expertise and knowledge of the field.

The team is super helpful and friendly. They always discuss the repair options with you and costs prior to doing anything. I feel they provide tremendous value to extend the life of your device. I’ve used their services three times with pc / mac devices and was satisfied with them.
