75 yrs young and oh boy did I have my computer messed up, I mean critical condition. I looked online to see who might be able to fix the computer reviews are what I look at to make a decision and Computer Chimps was by far the best choice I could have made !!! Henry was so calm and easy to understand while explaining why the computer was not functioning as it should. Long story short, he was able to correct what I had done and get rid of app's and other garbage that had really clogged up my PC. It now works great and I could not be happier !!! Thanks Henry for what you did for me but I have you on speed dial just in case !!!

Henry at computer chimps was very friendly and very knowledgeable about working with my ThinkPad, which had crashed. He helped get it up and running again and gave me all the information about what had happened. Henry at Computer Chimps is an outstanding resource for my and my wife's business and home computer needs. He helped us upgrade hardware in our four computers primary and backups. Plus he helped us move our email services from our prior email service provider emails kept disappearing who used Google Suite services, to our now current and future email provider Microsoft/Go Daddy. This included transitioning all of these MS based computers as well as our Apple based iphones. Since both of our businesses are dependent on these services being up and available at all times, this transition was critically important to us. Henry pulled it off flawlessly, and if/as issues did pop up, which is always the case with technologies like this these days, he was always "johnny on the spot" supporting us and fixing whatever oddball thing our setups threw at him. Henry was patient with our less than total command of all the technical lingo and hardware/software issues. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and his services are reasonably priced. And he was always fair when issues out of this control, which our setups had created caused him to have to do extra work outside our orginal scope of services agreed to upfront. We not only intend to use him again, we consider him our own personal/company IT department.

I came to Henry after a different computer repair person wasn't able to solve my problem. Henry listened to the details of what was going on with my computer and gave a diagnosis. His quote was spot-on, and we even solved a different computer problem I was having. I'm looking forward to working with Henry for a long time.
