Family run business that have been around forever. They where able to repair a broken SATA connector on the poorly built GDrive external hard drive that house all my daughter's raw video and photos from her time studying abroad. Plus they transferred the drive into a military grade casing to protect the data from future oops. Best part is they did the repairs in less time than promised and for less than the estimated costs. If you are long for someone to fix your computer and do it at a fair price with no extra charges or hassles, this is the place.

Good customer service and completed the repair; they dont always get it right the first time, but they have a thirty day (or so) policy that they definately deliver on.

I was impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. Maureen gave me great advice on a future computer purchase and promptly adressed my repair. Easy to find and friendly. Strongly recommend.
