Apple Warranty Repairs: When you purchase a mac - it comes with a year of manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers all mac hardware and even the labor to replace the part. That means no out of pocket expense for you. Did you buy the extended warranty? You have 365 days from the date of purchase to get an additional one to two year warranty. Not sure? Call us with your serial number and we will be glad to look it up for you!

Out of Warranty Repairs: Even if you are not under warranty - Computerlab has remained in business for 37 years by providing quality services at a good price. From cracked LCDs/displays to remanufactured logic boards - at a fraction of the cost and hassle. “Vintage” Model Repairs: With 35 years of Mac repair experience - there isn’t a Mac we can’t fix. We aren’t like other places that will tell you to “just buy a new one” or “we don’t work on vintage machines.” At Computerlab we can work on ALL Macs - from an Apple II to the new Macbook Pro Retina Display. We understand that not everyone can just go buy a new Mac and all Mac repairs aren’t hopeless.

Spills / Liquid Damage: Did your Mac get left in the rain? Did you spill a drink on your laptop? DON’T TURN IT ON and BRING IT TO US!! We will take your Mac apart, clean all hardware, let it air dry naturally and put it back together. That is the best way to see what parts are effected and the magnitude of the spill.

Hard Drive Upgrades: Is your Mac running S-L-O-W? Do you have a massive music or photo collection? If so, you may need to upgrade your hard drive or memory. Computerlab recommends having at least 30 gigs of available space on your hard drive in order to run efficiently. We sell Seagate drives from 500 gigs and up with 7200 RPM - these drives provide optimum performance! These are the best drives and come with a THREE year warranty! We also are a premier seller for Seagate hybrid drives - these have a piece of solid state technology built on every drive and are competitively priced.

RAM Upgrades: All RAM/Memory upgrades come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY and installation is FREE!

External Back-up Drives: Is your valuable and irreplaceable data backed up? Those wedding, family, or kid pictures can not be taken again! Don't lose them - back them up! Don't know how to get started? Computerlab can find the right back-up device and even set it up on your home network to back up at night and wirelessly. Ask us how!

Software Upgrades: Do you know what OS (Operating System) you are running? Do you want to upgrade but don’t know the system and hardware requirements? Call Computerlab and we can help! Same day software upgrades are available in most cases.
