Great medical staff, friendly and knowledgeable! Reasonable prices for self-pay and X-rays are quick and easy here. Been here three times over the last few years and always have a good experience.

Waited over an hour for a simple escreen for a new position. The receptionist was rude to me, other customers in the lobby, and to those on the phone. He was very unhelpful and I would not recommend coming here.

The medical assistant who was assigned to take my vitals and perform the screening on me was rude and abrasive. If I asked questions about what I was signing/clarifying questions about what was needed she would respond with an attitude and disrespectful tone. I was there for a physical and drug screening as part of an application for nursing school. I was there for nearly 2.5 hours. I had to refill my parking meter twice. Everyone was polite and professional except this woman. Horrendous bedside manner. I’m still hesitant to return for any needs. Doesn’t seem worth the money.

concentra has only one massage therapist in Downtown. She was clicking computer emails one hand, and other one was on my shoulder for 30 min. will be great if we another choice of massage therapist. Lidia

Very slow.. had to wait 1.5 hours just for a drug test. If you can go to another concentra for a drug test, do it. The other ones I’ve been to have been 100X faster.

Concentra are very good. Recently broke my hip at work. They are near my apt. Caring professional and I am getting stronger.

The staff were very welcoming and the wait wasn’t too bad either. They were very efficient at doing their job with a big smile on their face

I was told if I arrive at 8a when Concentra opens I’d be “in and out” for my employer screen. 45 minutes later I haven’t been seen because they have “1 MA” and I couldn’t stay any longer. A waste of time and I do not recommend coming to this location.

This team has always been absolutely amazing! Any time I’ve had to go in for my medical recertification for work they’ve always been awesome! Someone give Gabriel a promotion! That guy works hard as does everyone else there! Thanks for all you guys do.

The entire staff helps from start to finish and make you fill completely comfortable in bad situations. As a whole they truly care for your situation and recovery and are quick to answer any questions or concerns. I have never met a group medical experts so dedicated to the care of patients.
