Concentra Urgent Care - Airport Memphis

I went in to take a drug test last Friday for an Internship. Even though, I had to wait a long time. The staff was professional and courteous. I also got my results very fast, considering it snowed and today is a holiday, MLK day.

I was visiting Concentra for an upcoming drug test for employment. The service was fast easy and very efficient everyone seems nice with the smile and the visit was short. Concentra was a very nice healthcare experience.

I was assigned to this place for a urine and TB test. I called to make an appointment but they said they didn’t take appointments. I went in when the office opened and waited 2 hours for my services. Office didn’t seem to be taking clients in any particular order. In my opinion not much organization.

The doctor was very rude. Going to ask me can I run because I’m plus size you don’t suppose to say that to People. She also said losing weight going to be my best friend. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. I forgot her name but I remember how she looks.

This is the sorriest place I’ve ever been. Nurses and attendance were rude! Absolutely didn’t care about what I needed at all. They were getting paid by my company and hell with me!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

It was a pleasant experience all around, the people were great and very welcoming. Although they were busy I was still in and out within a reasonable amount of time. So highly recommend this place.
