Momentum Physical Rehabilitation (Momentum) is an out-patient physical therapy clinic. Physical therapy includes the evaluation and treatment of patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function or health status resulting from disease, injury or other causes.

We treat these patients through physical and mechanical means: that is, through:

•Instruction / education, including functional training with various assistive devices and adaptive equipment
•Therapeutic exercise
•Hands on techniques (manual therapy including joint and soft tissue mobilization)
•Various forms of heat and cold
•Modalities (machines that utilize electric current or ultrasound)
•Other mechanical devices such as traction
•Although we do not prescribe medicine, we can work closely with your physician if medications are indicated.

Momentum is centrally located in the heart of the Hwy 240 loop, and is easy to get to from anywhere. Our therapists are licensed, experienced, and highly trained in the latest and most effective treatments available. Our 5,000 sq. ft. facility has 5 private treatment rooms as well as a roomy gym with all the equipment necessary to treat a wide range of problems.
