Concentra Urgent Care - North Denver

When I arrived the ladies upfront were very nice. I filled out my paperwork and only waited a few minutes before my name was called. The gentleman that called me and started with my drug test was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He offered me water when he took me to the room to wait for the doctor.

Clean, friendly and professional clinic. I was seen very quickly and had to submit to a physical test performance for my job. I was encouraged and treated with kindness by Jasmine, one of the employees there. She was attentive and helped motivate me to push myself to finish what was required without letting me give up or hurt myself.

The ladies were great in every way possible went in for a DOT physical was in there no more than 30 minutes. Recommend them to everyone for your medical needs. They was out early to catch happy hour.

In and out work random drugscreen in 40 minutes or less. The staff very very courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Got offered a beverage which i took. Front desk/back desk everyone was so nice.

Was in and out pretty fast jus getting drug tested for a new job. I had a personable nurse that I got to talk with since we came from a common area. Being new to the state she really brightened my day.

Unfortunately was told to go here for follow up care for work comp claim. Worst care ever! Front desk, rude. Lady taking me back wanted to be anywhere else. And Dr Armstrong.... lacks empathy, ability to.complete thorough exam and needs things directly pointed out or spelled out, and becomes defensive when questions are asked.

All I gotta say is these employees at this office are AMAZING! They are helpful, attentive & just overall give you the service you would hope from every doctors office. They have to deal with rude people but STILL give out amazing service. They all deserve a raise.

The Madison and Milwaukee locations are the worst ones. The management is absolutely terrible and wouldn’t recommend anyone working for such a unorganized company. Eva is the head manager and is by far the worst manager Ive seen. Not only does she talk to the customers in a belittling way but she specifically talks to her employees in the most disturbing and rudest ways, that’s why they are so short staffed. It’s sickening to see people risking their health everyday and to get treated such a way. I’m not sure why she still has a job, I would hope HR would look into this comment and get concentra back to a positive working environment.

All I heard was they speak Spanish?,we can’t chase em out anymore! I said quite loud WOW ,, I dislike people like that!it was 4:45 and the date 8/12/22, the lady was a A white lady!!!!!’This sucks no matter we’re I go if it’s not me getting judged, it’s my roots,!

It's good to know that there are still human beings doing amazing things like caring, listening showing compassion like the staff at Concentra Urgent Care. You guys and Gals probably do not hear this enough thank you for what you Do and you All are AMAZING.
