Concord Pet Foods & Supplies

I used to love coming here before they hired the tall skinny guy maybe in his 40s. I literally avoid this pet store and drive to Dover if I see him working. He is the most rudest person I have ever met. Gives the worst customer service and he’s clearly not ashamed to let it show he hates his job!! It doesn’t help much either all the young boys working in there with close to the same attitude. They used to have a great lady working there she was very helpful but she got transferred. They never have new crickets and when I asked about the crickets I get very rude answers like today the tall guy was like I don’t even know if we are getting any !! I’ve had it I’m probably not going to return there until he is gone !! Hire people with a good attitude and that cares about pets and people’s feelings. Worst pet store in Delaware ONLY because of the male employees mainly the tall skinny one!!

Concord is one of the most complete, and well stocked pet supply stores. Unlike most stores of this type you don't leave feeling like you've drained your bank account. I also like that they sell cans of food that they donate to the car shelter. It is an easy opportunity to give.

Kawai loves her concord pets. She always gets a treat. The stagg are always extremely helpful

Although they were out of the product I needed, they were very helpful and found some at another store. I have always found Concord to be very helpful and accommodating.
