I never rate any place but this place is a rip off. If I could give a negative 5 star I would. This place sold us a puppy with a birth defect according to the base vet and his personal vet. Took the puppy back and promised a refund. This was back in December and we still haven't seen a refund of $900. We're a family of four with little boys who wanted a puppy but because the owner has no morals or feel bad taking money from his customers my boys are not able to have their puppy. I would avoid this place at all cost. Found out he has law suits that he's done this to other people. Save yourself the time and money and go adopt. The worst I've ever experienced. How do you sleep at night knowing what you do.

Stopped in here just one day after my wife and I had to send our beautiful Pomeranian, and love of our lives, to Heaven. We were heartbroken and just wanted to see and touch adorable puppies. Doug, the owner, was so gracious, accommodating and understanding. He let us play with all the puppies, talked to me at length about coping with the loss of a furry family member and shared his knowledge of different breeds with me. He even let us stay after their closing hours. It was very therapeutic for my wife and I, and I cannot thank Doug enough. My wife and I aren't quite ready to dive back with a new fur baby until we come to terms with the loss we just experienced. When we are though, Doug and Kritter Kove has earned our business. Animals looked clean and healthy and you can tell he actually cares about all the pets in the store.

I would love to give this place 5 stars simply because o loved going in there but I have been there on 4 separate occasions, all different weeks these past two months. Took a picture of their new business house and everything to make sure I was going at the correct times. But every time I go there is litearlly no one there. They are the closest place for me to go get supplies that I trust for my red tail and I was hoping they would have rats instead of mice like other places. But I’ll never know due to them never being open. Lost my business.

LOVE Kritter Kove. The owner always answers any questions I have about my fur babies, even if I didn't get them from him. His customer service is absolutely out of this world, and he loves his animals to death! All of the animals in the store are very healthy and well cared for. Please support this local business!

Got my puppy from there he is cute, healthy, and smart! Very nice owner! Family owned and operated. Doing a remodel currently. Would recommend!
