Bob is not only knowledgeable and fairly priced, he is also very honest and a nice man. His love for dogs shows from the moment he first talks with you about the fence system. Also, I immediately got the impression he was honest, which proved to be correct. I had a unique and difficult back yard for him to design and install the system. He responds quickly and was willing to make several follow-up visits to adjust the appropriate settings to give both me and the dogs the most safe and secure fence system as possible. We have used Invisible Fence in four of our homes. We moved to the area two years ago and have had Bob Louie out a few times to repair cut lines from landscapers and to expand the existing system to allow our dog more room to run around. As always, Bob and his staff are courteous, timely, and provide exceptional service. The quality of their workmanship is beyond compare! I would highly recommend Bob Louie and Invisible Fence of Central Delaware to anyone.

After searching around for the best options to give our puppy full range of the yard , we came in contact with Robert Louie at invisible fence , the entire experience was excellent from the time of our quote until complete installation. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful . Will be my number 1 choice if needed again and will be the first choice for recommendations ! Thanks again Mr. Louie for all your help . Best investment we ever made! We have an odd shaped rather large property and didn't want a traditional fence to detract our view. Had the fence installed almost 9 years ago, the line was broken and the response time to fix it was so quick. I recommend the Invisible Fence of Delaware to anyone with a dog. Our paperman even throws the paper further up the driveway so Daisy can bring the paper in to us without getting too close to the boundry.

IFCD installed my fence nearly 20 years in North Wilmington. They have been available for 2 decades whenever I need something (the system itself has never failed, but I've cut through the line with a chainsaw and had other mishaps). This week I had a service call because my collar wasn't working and found that buying a replacement online was $350! Bob came within a day, figured out the after-market battery I bought was dead (learned my lesson there b/c by trying to save $12 by not buying it from IFCD I cost myself a service charge fee) and confirmed that the collar wasn't fully-operational. To my delight, I got a new replacement collar FREE under my lifetime warranty (what else is warrantied for 2 decades??) that I forgot I had. Can't say enough great things about IFCD. They should be your go-to installer, regardless of where you live in Delaware.
