When I asked for help a sales associate came and pointed out the item I was looking for. It sold for $15.00 then tried to upsell me a different model for $54.00. When I didn't buy the $54.00 she left me.lol!

The last time I went there I had a young man all me if I wanted him to carry my about 40 lbs dog food for me. I thought that was a nice gesture. After he rang up the purchase he offered to carry it to my car. He was a very friendly young man.

Awesome Spot! It’s so much bigger than most of the other Concord Pets in Delaware and they carry so much variety! It’s as big as any Petco or PetSmart but sooooo much better! They carry top quality and healthy stuff and tons of cool toys that you won’t be able to find at a large pet store chain! The staff are all super friendly and helpful and so excited and nice to my dog, they give him treats and pets and snuggles. The store is always super clean and the aisles are nice and wide if you’re planning on bringing your pets shopping with you this is a huge plus. They have adoptable kitties on site from Faithful Friends Animal Society too so you can stop in and say hello, buy them some food or bring home a new friend even! I wish I knew about this store a long time ago!

Nice folks run it, crickets are usually still alive when we buy em!
