Concord Pet Foods & Supplies

2 of the 3 employees were being occupied by a salesman, who should have known to let them take care of their customers. I waited a bit, they saw several of us backed up in line, but just kept smarming. If your customer isn't your priority, then I'm not necessary.

Has every type of dog food you can think of and I love the free bag program. But just a little too small for all the items they stock.

This place is by far the worst concord pet store I have ever been in. I enjoy all of the concord pet stores and used to find this one very convenient (because my bank, cleaners and starbucks is right there) until the cashier called me b**** because she was having a bad day. Well that was the managers excuse for her. Sarah (the manager) didn't even make her apologize nor did she try to compensate me in any way. She just brushed off her behavior as if it was no biggie deal. When I told her I wasn't coming back there unless that girl was fired. Sarah's answer was, call ahead before you come, I will tell her to go to the back while you shop. Terrible manager, terrible store.

Great service, great selection. I love the buy # bags of cat food, get one free. Our three cats eat like crazy so we are usually here once a week, great place.
