Today I came into this store finally after receiving a few pre approval letters in the mail. I was greeted by Robert. He was friendly. I told him I was window shopping. Which I was lol. He said let me know if you need anything. After waking around I window shopping britany saw me and she was so friendly and her customer service was everything. She answered all my questions and gave me some helpful tips. I can’t wait until I move so I can go back and get the couches that were begging me to buy them lol and of course Brittany I’m coming back to see you because you were to friendly for me not to come back and allow you to help me. Oh yeah this store was so clean and pretty. They really make you want to buy everything.

Reggie from finance and Sales Made my visit here at Conns Feel like I was at home. Welcoming, relaxing and getting things done. We accomplished everything set forward very fast and easy with no hassles.

Reege help me out tremendously. He made sure that I left satisfy. He made sure that I was able to get everything I needed for my new home and be happy. He explained to me all of my charges, and nothing left unsatisfied. He is a great furniture salesman and I really appreciate all his help.

wow, I can't say enough good things about this place. the manager jo was the best she truly goes above and beyond for her customers and staff. Seth or sales man very nice and knowledgeable . I highly recommend this place!

Reggie has above excellent customer service !!! He is calm and yet always on point . We absolutely recommend his time & constant effort in getting everything done to everyone . We love Conn’s , we are non stop returning customers …. Thank you Reggie !!!

I want to start by saying Kevin was my sales guy! He did a great job and is very responsive to my needs. He helped me with allot of things regarding to my purchases. But, as far as the company goes there is some shady finance practices. The first issue is that my furniture was delivered damaged. Not wrapped in its original packaging and was missing screws. They ask you for a protection plan if you get it it's supposed to cover damage. But I guess not damage from the delivery itself. I wouldn't trust this company with a protection plan as like I said it looks like I received used furniture when I'm paying for new furniture.

I actually prefer leaving mean ignorant reviews with a one star review but not today. I've never been in this store but I bought a flat screen black friday deal and had it delivered. Conns has a good system In my opinion as far as a delivery goes. Plenty of communication and there was no way that I was gonna miss out on this. And they actually delivered it earlier than expected. The two dudes that delivered were superfriendly and professional, I can't remember their names. But I think the driver was a Hawaiian guy and he was super.m Cool as well as the other guy. I'm thinking I might bring more business to this store. Because they did me right this time

When we walked into Conns and we were greeted by the most friendliest staff ever!! David Nicholson III was super professional patient and kind. We got 2 bedroom sets, living room set and a dining room set for an unbeatable price! I’m so glad we came here!

First time shopping with Conn’s and I loved it I had no pressure on having to buy anything just walked in to ask questions and the sales rep Reggie helped me and my husband and explained the whole process with no pressure came back the next day got a beautiful bedroom set as well as a bed for my mother best experience we ever had at a furniture store thank you Reggie for all that you do !

Kevin was the best salesman I have dealt with in many years.He was easy to talk to.Not pushie. Took time and answered all of our questions. He was a gem.
