Big Lots - Las Vegas: Whitney

I particularly like going to this location because the store is always in order and clean, and the service is always great. I wish I knew the young girl's name who rang us up can't find it on my receipt, but she was very friendly and courteous. I was there shopping on 10/27/19 at 4:30pm, if that helps. She was the only cashier working at the time. I always try to give a nice compliment, when one is due, so hopefully your management team can figure out which cashier I'm addressing.

Nice, well run customer service from all the employees there who seem to always ask if I need anything, which is nice. Still a few kinks to work out at checkout, but it seems a lot of folks are new and doing an otherwise strong job to put on a professional and kind face as possible. I shop here regularly and am very pleased with stock, prices and employee kindness.

I used to love this store, but my expectations got dashed when I found the prices to be about the same as any other discount store if you can find a price tag that is. I dislike strongly when items haven't a price tag. I was able to find a few things I liked enough to buy, but will take the time to find another discount store that better serves my budget.

I love this store. The customer service is top-notch. Great selection of merchandise. Slightly higher prices than Walmart but just as reasonable with sales days. I furnished my new 1 bedroom apt & am thrilled!

I used to love going to big lots. Walked into the store today had only one cart around. I just happened to get that cart which was good since I was buying laundry detergent. Shelves were bare just didn't have the selection that used to have. Got to the register and nobody wanted to wait on us. woman leaning on the counter I had to yell to another cashier that he had customers even though she had an open register. Have to say I will never go back to big lots again.

Always good prices and decent variety. Great prices on furniture as well. Mattresses and bedding can be found here too, much cheaper than many "mattress stores". Friends & Family Day is coming soon and that's the best time to buy the higher dollar furniture items. I know I'll be there.

I came in to big lots today with my husband. I was greeted by the nice woman officer standing near the main entrance. As me and my husband came to the counter to pay for our items and the manager was screaming at the gaurd in a rude way. I asked an employee what was the manager's name and she said Karen. To my understanding the manager Karen allowed shoplifters to come in the store after they where told not to come in anymore. The officer was just doing her job. I will not shop where manager treat people as if they are wrong when the officer was absolutely right!! Outrageous!! I feel horrible for that officer.

Worst experience ever got accused of stealing by this security lady. Told her to searched my bag and she turned her back on me. I couldnt even enjoy my shopping. She was following me the whole time. I wish I could give this store a ZERO but I can't . but the cashier lady was very lovely and sweet. But any way this is B.S being accused of something I didnt do especially when my wife makes $20 a hour and gets paid weekly

The store is always clean aside from stock days. The staff is great. The may not know my name never told thrm but even the security guard acknowledges me when I come through the door. They even ask me if I'm ok or where I've been. It reminds me of when I worked at Spencer Gifts.

I enjoy every time I come here . They have good prices for items you can't find at regular store . The store is well organized and the staff is so helpful and always at check out they remind you to use your rewards card or make a new one .
