Was informed they weren't authorized to tell me if they could deliver to Boulder City and that I'd have to go back the next day to speak with the manager. I said never mind I'll go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Will never return!
Honest review based on multiple experiences with the store manager. She is extremely helpful and informative!
With the high finance rates Aarons charges, my hopes are it invests in training customer service. My wife and i came in looking for furniture. Within the first 5 minutes, a female associate told us to fill out an application to see what we can afford before we looked. My jaw dropped. Perhaps we wanted to see what was available before we applied. Needless to say we made a B-line to the door and purchased furniture with a retail outlet. Thankfully Crisis averted and no need to deal with the likes of Aarons
07-20-2022@7:15 pm. Very poor customer service.i have paid off a couple of other electronics from this location.staff wants to argue on the phone with me because she can’t get my Debit card right.after already updating my card info with them many times.i will never rent from Aaron’s again.
My experience since renting from Aarons has been terrible. I’ve been trying to get in contact with management CEOs and higher ups since I’ve signed the contract. Long story short I received a damaged product because the movers dragged my leather couch across the concrete and have been harassed numerous times by employees at this location to pay for the item after I have paid for it each month and they told me they were going to replace it or take some money off for the damage product but neither has happened and it has been 4 months! I have been paying full price on this product monthly. I tried contacting the manger Jackie then she was very rude and tried to have people come get my couch, and just close out my contract making it seem as though I just didn’t wanna pay, instead of helping me with the situation. When indeed that was not the case I just wanted a great customer service experience and to be paying for a nice brand new couch not a damaged couch that your movers damaged because they did not want to bring it into my home. I then got I contact with the other manger “Blondie” and let’s just say she doesn’t fall far from Jackie. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and am now a business owner myself. I know this is not how Aaron conducts business. I would definitely recommend training for the management.
The first leasing experience was awful. I ordered a sofa & loveseat. Took 3 times to get a decent one. It started falling apart in the first year. I’ve kept it so I wouldn’t lose the money I’d already paid. I live alone, so there’s never been anyone jumping, etc. on it. On a good note, I’ve leased/bought 4 other large items & I’m 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Aaron’s but make sure you check everything before you sign that paper.

Horrible customer service the store manager Jacklyn is so freaking RUDE!!!!! Anytime I tried speaking and explaining my situation she kept cutting me off in real life people have problems it's life have a heart
This place is over priced and the quality of the furniture is definitely not worth it ! On my last payment instead of the $40 payment due they took $95 and when I asked why I was told because I did not pay it off early before the contract ended . Although it was automatic payment from my bank . Smh make this make sense Aaron’s Furniture.
I am only giving 3 stars because of Joanie and Julio. These were the only two people who assisted me through the entire process. I got 3 other associates who were very rude and not informative. No one had contacted me to let me know my order would be delayed, and I was kept on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. But Joanie and Julio helped me although I admit I was VERY frustrated. I wish the other employees would take a page out of their book and have better customer service. Hopefully my experience will be better next time dealing with Aaron’s.
