I was bamboozled into downloading an app off playstore that completely made my phone go wonkyas all get go. The folks at this T Moble store were awsome and fixed it within seconds. Didn't even ask if I was a TMobile customer. Very friendly and polite. I was very impressed.
First went to the t-mobile store on Charleston and lamb with my husband. He got a new phone yesterday at the t-mobile location at Nellis and Charleston. But, like I said, we went to the other location first. They didn't have a case and screen protector for the one he got yesterday. After we went back to the Charleston and Nellis location. Nancy who helped us out mentioned trying Amazon. Which I did It will be here tomorrow. Thank you to the one who helped us out yesterday. Her name was on the card.
It was a full house in there, had to wait an hour to pay my home internet bill. But the T-mobile person took care of me quickly. Note: I went to the store on Lamb near Washington the evening before and it was CLOSED. I was there at 6pm and the hours posted say open until 8pm. I went to the same store at 11am and it was CLOSED. Hours posted was 9 or 10 am open. So I took the bus down to this store and waited. but they were at least open! The person at the Charleston store I told the above to say some stores have staffing issues. Which is understandable, however post a hand writing sign on the door so folks know. Simple and easy to do.
Rodrigo provided outstanding service. I'm an elderly woman, he was genuine and has great character and appreciated the time he took to recover my data from my broken phone. Long time customer of Sprint/Tmobile - Lisa Ripple
Horrible customer service. Took my phone to be repaired and the rep on the floor was extremely rude. She assumed I didn't schedule the service online instead of asking if I did. And when they needed to unlock the phone I didn't have my sons password because I always use my fingerprint. She tried to shame both me and my husband about not having our sons password and how important that is. Even though our FINGERPRINTS always unlock his phone. We weren't there for parental advice from someone horrible at their job. Just went in for a service she should know how to properly provide without judgement and attitude. But she's always like that in that store. So we go to Cheyenne and civic center where they do the same job with WAY better service even when they are extremely busy, the extra 10 minute drive is worth it.
Jose was super helpful and kind despite your obvious employee shortage, give him a raise
I was going to move my family to a different company! It turns out that an employee at this store still knows what it means to be genuine and respectable. This representative took his time and explained to me things I was never told in a way that I wouldn't get upset. He knew what it means to be with a company for more than 5 years....I guarantee this person could run a store in a way that attracts so many families that want great service and longevity! I even got a new line...Thanks Rodrigo , I hope I see u in another 5 years or sooner!
Went here today to fix a expanded battery. They didn't have the "part" for my rare phone so they couldn't help me at all. Sent me to a third party repair shop. I was eligible for upgrade but they said I had to pay $300+ to get the upgrade. Went to a different store and they helped me for $54. 5 stars to the other store. Not coming here again.
Jesse the technician was super professional and fast. He fixed my phone then introduced me to an exceptional sales consultant named Rodrigo who , with sheer charisma, sold me an iPad. He was really good because I didn't come in to buy anything. This store is exceptional and friendly. I will definitely recommend my friends and family!
