Not to bad can't say anything bad about the place really quite but nothing spectacular
This place looks like a dump for old unkelp mobile homes. So many empty spaces in here. Trash all the streets, potholes in the streets and streets are not in kelp up.
One of the worst park in town.

A really bad place to live. Management is a bad joke. Should you try to get city officials involved in safety, or any other concerns, you will find no support or help. Best to avoid it at all costs.
Pretty chill community. Not much to worry about when it comes to crime. Pretty trustworthy neighbors. Pool could be cleaned a little more frequently. Other then that I like it.
Used to live here the great mobile home / manufactured home park low rates family-oriented great place to live
It is a very nice apartment complex to live in family very quiet
