Easy quick and effective. Andy was super helpful! Although I had to come back a second day to fix a few things he went out of his way to help me put my business in a position to win.

The employees were very nice. Handled a brain damage return for a 5g unit from an authorized retailer. Corporate needs to make this process easier... But their employees did well.

Super helpful. Got me in and out within 15 on the day before Christmas Eve. Outstanding customer service.

Not personable service in person...just as good results on phone instead ....not even a discount on black friday for any reason or purchase.

When you switch over and you need something real quick.... this is the phone that you will get....I did 4 lines and getting these phones I only paid 54.00 and picked it up at the store and then went on line and bought the phone that I really wanted.... and that phone that verizon gave you put it away just incase your other phone breaks that's your back up..... it's paid for why not.....

Amazing staff; very helpful and interested in helping get what I was looking for without trying to get me to buy into a bunch of useless stuff. The wait time was a bit much, but considering it was a Saturday and they were assisting customers and not just socializing with each other it was worth the wait.

This other place has not corrected the hours, it says that they close at 7 and close at 6 fence service they have, so if you want to change to Verizon DO NOT DO IT

We arrived and the manager standing at the front door asked how she could help, We stated we had a question about a promotion that is being advertised.She took are number and stated there were 4 other people ahead of us. One hour later as we were still waiting to be helped by Verizon employee, Mean while the manager went and disappeared in the back. So while someone came out from the back and started working with another employee with his customer and helped them. Meanwhile as we still waited people walked into the store and he ran over to help them. After he finished helping them he started to run to the back. I stopped him asked him for his help and stated he has something to do and couldn’t help me

I was very disappointed by the lack of help at this store. I had a verizon phone I needed help with and I was told that it would be over an hour wait time because the people that were already in the store were "purchasing multiple phones". In other words I was not wanted because I was not purchasing anything. Verizon used to be a great company with excellent customer service. I think it is time to switch companies...
