Connect Hearing

I have been wearing hearing aids all my life. Patricia is my Hearing professional and she is always very nice and she also takes care of my husband who has had a hearing problem since he was born. She is a good person and she treats us like family. She and I work well together and she really knows how to help you hear better. I would refer her to anyone! She's the best!

Whatever you do, do NOT see the "Hearing Care Professional" Patricia "Patty" Mitchell. She may work with hearing aids, but she was anything but professional. In fact, she was rude, condescending and downright heartless. The audiologist from my insurance company referred me this office, and I was hopeful they could help, but I was only met with disappointment. Instead of politely communicating with me, she spoke down to me as if I couldn't understand my hearing situation and then, literally dismissed me from the office. Then, she called me about a half hour later because I guess she didn't feel she'd condescended to me enough in the office. I can understand not knowing how to handle a specific type of hearing problem, but I cannot understand being rude to someone who is looking for help.

I had a problem with Bluetooth pairing. They dealt with quickly and efficiently. In fact they picked up a fault with one of the aids and will send it back for repair. Always friendly and efficient.

Wish they let me know first that they don't accept new patients with certain plan even though they are in network. Also, their pricing is much higher than other places even though they claimed it's with the discount without insurance.

I have not been able to pair my hearing aids with my tv. Request appointment for next Mon January 30 in the morning around 11 am? Thanks Robert Fernandez

I was in total denial about needing hearing aids. Monica was extremely patient with me and made me feel very much at ease. She worked with me, found the perfect fit and listened to all of my concerns. I would not go anywhere else. I trust her completely. She is professional and extremely caring. When I visit the office, it is like visiting an old friend. I’ve noticed how she welcomes each patient; she makes everyone feel at home. Monica is delightful and I highly recommend her. Our experience at Connect Hearing has been wonderful! I take my Mom who is 90 years old and new to hearing aids. The entire stafff is very professional and helpful. When I have an audiologist appointment with Monica and Melissa, I feel like I’m going to visit friends! At first, I thought I was a special customer, but after I observed them with other clients, I realized that they have an excellent relationship with *ALL* of her clients. I have lived in many places and worked with many audiologists over the years, and I’m happy to say that Monica is the best. She is genuinely concerned about my hearing and will always do her best to fit me in on short notice if necessary. She will work with you to help you get the most appropriate hearing aid for your budget and stands behind whatever products she sells. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

Dr Monica Walker and all her staff are extremely knowledgeable and amazingly well trained in their profession. I had hearing loss in one ear for several years and had trained myself to sit on the left side of my family and friends so they could speak into my "good ear". NO MORE!! Dr Monica fit me with just the perfect hearing aid for my needs. Not only did I receive outstanding technical care, she and her staff are welcoming, warm and kind.
