My daughter is in the Excel program and we are very happy. The gym is well run. She improves consistently and she has become focused and determined.

We love CGA - my daughter has been there since she was 8 and has had an amazing experience! Although the coaches are tough (which is expected), they do so appropriately and consistently support and encourage my daughter! Thank you Brock, Roberta, AJ, Kim and all those who have been instrumental in my daughter's love for gymnastics!!!

We attended CGA for over three years, at the recreational, preteam, and team level. I agree with the other reviewer that AJ is the only positive energy in the place. Brock, Brittany, and the other team coaches do not treat their gymnasts nor the parents with respect. There is a complete lack of communication and their egos and stupidity get in the way of being effective coaches. Thankfully my daughter is resilient, because they were completely shattering her self-confidence despite her hard work. I was shocked to learn that Brittany Dubovick teaches physical education at a local school. She lacks any understanding of what is developmentally appropriate for children.
