Connecticut Oncology & Hematology

Dr. Kandavelou is professional, patient and willing to answer all of my questions. He has never made me feel rushed. I appreciate all of his help. The staff here has been friendly as well. Things seem to move along quickly and I’ve never been kept waiting for my appointments. There are certain “office policies” that I disagree with, but I don’t think that has anything to do with the Drs or other medical professionals here.

Office staff are lacking customer service skills necessary for an oncology group, with one exception…their receptionist/greeter is wonderful. I dread dealing with the other women who handle billing or schedule upcoming appointments. They are so rude and always seem bothered/annoyed. Their attitude alone makes me regret choosing this group for my care. I hate going here.

Medical staff were great, office staff Betsy was very unprofessional and rude. Avoid dealing with her if possible. Definitely not a good representation for a medical office.

Very disappointed with the level of compassion and care of the Dr's and staff at this practice. Please consider going elsewhere.

The doctors are great. But if you’re looking to work there ... beware it’s not a good place to work. I didn’t even last a year before I started looking and eventually left due to management issues.

The people answering the phones are so rude.
