Most frustrating and difficult company in existence. Incompetent on all levels. Product works, but implementation, billing and Customer Service is a joke. All correspondence from their Account Managers including quotes, to getting something as simple as adding an additional license for any of their products is nonsensical gibberish. Don't bother if you are outside of the US, you get treated like a second class citizen.
