Neopost Florida

They must have changed their name from Modular Mailing to Neopost. Still at same address. We had a Francotyp-Postalia Meter with them for 10 years or more and upgraded a couple of times. When we decided to switch services, they said we were locked into a contract. However, there was no term written on our contract. When they sent us a copy, they had filled in a term AFTER we had signed the contract. They wouldn't return phone calls. I finally had to call the president of Franco-Typ Postalia in IL to get out of the contract.

We replaced our Pitney Bowes mail machine with one from Neopost and it works great. The service technician was very nice and answered all of our questions.

We've had a terrible experience with Modular Mailing/Neopost Mail Systems. From the needs analysis to the botched implementation, it has been a fiasco. I have been trying to contact someone within the company to work on an amicable resolution to get out of our lease and have not even had the courtesy of a return email or phone call. Easily the worst professional relationship I have ever endured.

Horrible company to deal with. Shady salesman misrepresented equipment to get me locked in a lease. Management stopped returning calls and left me stuck with equipment that wasn't what was promised. They do not stand behind their employee's promises or equipment. Be careful.
