Connie's Chicken and Waffles

If you're anywhere near Lexington Market go in and try this place. They're food is incredible and the lemonade is absolutely awesome. Also they are just so nice there especially Connie. They are worth the trip and they're not overly priced. The only place I've had that even compares to it is roscoe chicken and waffles and they are the original place for them. I'd give Connies ten stars if I could

I think I had the best waffle of my life here. Better than Waffle House, better than others. The waffles are warm, large and soft. And flavored waffles have the full waffle batter flavored, not simply something tossed on top of a plain waffle, but toppings are available. The chicken is moist with a crispy exterior. Connie is doing something special here. If you are concerned about the location, use UberEATS or their website to place a delivery order. If you visit in person, there is a wait and you might have to wait behind some of those UberEATS orders. Because this place is growing in popularity. Connie needs to open up a full up restaurant.

Never ceases to amaze me. Sweet Mrs. Connie’s you can’t go wrong visiting her. The food has always been good since day 1. Service is outstanding. She knows all her customers by name. Check her out. We love you Mrs. Connie.

It was too good to share and that's why next time I'm getting my own the chicken was made with so much love and the waffles was just right nice and fluffy and buttery it made you happy just to smell the frangrance of food it had me drooling couldn't wait to get to the house to eat

Ordered here a few times, waffles are outta this world. Chicken is seasoned perfectly and juicy.

I love Connie’s but on 3, out of many, past visits , September-November, I’ve had eggshells in my waffle. I’ll return and also let them know about the extra, unwanted, texture in my meal.

Took my daughter to Lexington Market for the first time and she wanted to try chicken waffles for the first time, too. I was skeptical. The food took a bit longer than the other shops, but it definitely was worth it. The chicken was moist and delicious, waffles light and fluffy. We had a nice conversation with Ms. Connie herself while we waited. My daughter is looking forward to returning.

Ordered two number 1s which is a buttermilk waffle and two chicken tenders. And a order of fries. Flavor was great! Waffle was tasty and chicken had the perfect another of seasoning. Strawberry kiwi drink was a bit too sweet and had a weird flavor to it. When we got our order and asked for more syrup we were looked at weird and cashier hesitated to give me extra. We got our bag and got to car we noticed we were short one platter which we paid for. When we returned to get it was asked “are u sure u didn’t get it” why the heck would I be asking if I did. That irritated me to no end. Would I go back probably not it was good but not that good to pay for parking and go through the hassle.
