BY FAR THE WORST DOMINIOS I HAVE EVER VISTED. I placed my order at 5:30pm, wasn’t ready until 6:45. Services was disappointing. If I could give them something less then 1 star I would. They offered multiple drink options, when I arrived they only had coke & water. Once I get home, I find out my pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Not to mention the it was terribly prepared. This store is a disgrace to the Dominos franchise. I walk inside to vulgar music being played. Just a bad experience! Remove this store & replace it with anything else! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOBODY FROM THIS AREA VISIT THIS STORE!
This place is trash. Go to another Domino's! I've been here 3 times and each time had a bad experience. You will have to wait longer than the time in the app. You pizza may or may not be cut. Their credit card machine and cash registers often are down or not working properly. Just go to another store and save yourself the frustration. Thank me later.
Pizza was delivered with box partially open, completely ruined and cold - clearly undercooked. It was inedible and a disappointment. I tried calling and on hold for 10 minutes, tried again and spoke to a woman who was curt. Would not order from this location ever again.
up until recently this place was wonderful to order from. fast, tasty and well made. yeah that's not a thing for them anymore. the last couple orders my partner and I have made have had issues. last time, the pizzas were mostly bread, with those air bubbles on them. this time, the food arrived correctly and well made, but it was left in our apartment lobby. they always call when they arrive, as per our instructions. we didn't know it was delivered until we decided to check the app noting it was taking a while. it had been delivered and we didn't even get a text! sadly we didn't see what time they dropped it off, but it was there long enough to be cold. for a comparison, we usually eat our food within the 30 or so minutes of getting them, and they're nowhere ever near this cold. i don't think i'll be ordering here again of my own volition. if i do, it's as a last resort. disappointed in the sudden decrease in quality they always had before. :/ note: i called to attempt and resolve the cold pizza issue and didn't get connected to anyone! I was on the line for about 15 minutes with the same advert looping to tell me to try different products i already got. tried again and was on loop for 10 minutes again. they REALLY don't want to be held responsible for any issues they or their drivers may cause and it's just. infuriating that i paid for cold food.
I have been waiting for almost two hours for my pizza. I have attempted to call the restaurant and nobody picks up. This is not good business. I will be contacting corporate and the Better Business Association, if the customer service and business times does not improve. Better yet just shut down the restaurant, because they clearly do not value their customers.
I placed my order for carryout. The person taking my order repeated my order several times to make sure it was correct. It was! The staff went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate me. Especially, when I had to park in the limited space available to park. Staff asked the police officer if it was okay to park where I was while I went to pay and pick up my order. Customer service at its best. Love it!
It cannot be overstated how much this store does not want your business. The employees here Do. Not. Care. On the exceptionally rare occasion that they are accepting online orders, there's a 50/50 chance your order will just be cancelled by the store without any explanation. Because how dare you imply that they might want your business? You will never get an explanation either. Ever. You'll be left hungry and wondering for all time. Because it must be stressed again: They do not want your business. And good luck EVER trying to get them to pick up the phone. A ringing phone is merely an unwelcome suggestion for them. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if they just unplug their phone. You'll be left on hold forever listening to a barrage of obnoxious, ear-splitting ads for Dominos products you'll never get to have because - and I truly hope you're paying attention here - they absolutely, positively, categorically, DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS.
You would be better off going literally ANYWHERE else. Their service is complete garbage. Not only is my order almost two hours late, I've been on the phone for half an hour trying to get service so I can cancel. Don't waste your money or time here. I wish I could give them less than one star.
"Sorry ma'am our General Manager only here during the day hours it's nothing we can about your ordered" Now imagine just went online ordered pizza , one hour later checked on the status , it haven't moved from place your ordered. Call the store and they say that. So my $75 order never came thru yall having technical difficulties and don't know if my food will be delivered because yall don't have the order and the general manager will call me tomorrow. Next day no call. Attempted to call around 4pm , general manager not there and they aren't aware of any of this. WOW
I ordered 3 pizzas medium size, and they came late, and they missed to whole meat topping! Which I was selecting extra! I had few guests and pizzas were bread without any taste. I would never ever again order pizza from this branch
